Inviting Ways offers yet another service that helps you add that "finishing touch" to your invitations or announcements. We specialize in addressing envelopes using computerized calligraphy. With hundreds of fonts at our disposal, we are certain to find something that helps give your invitation/announcement the warm, personal feel you desire. Whether you want to match the font on your invitation to give a consistent/structured look or you'd like a "hand-done" font designed by a calligrapher, we're confident we will have what you want.

We understand how expensive and personal invitations and announcements are, so we go to great lengths to provide the best service possible. If you are interested in using our addressing services, please follow the links below to ensure as simple a process as possible.

We address envelopes using Ink Jet Calligraphy. Our Ink Jet printers accept most envelopes and can be addressed in almost any color. The pricing for our envelope addressing service is as follows:

Outside Envelopes - $1.25 per envelope
Inside Envelopes - $.35 per envelope
Tabs for envelopment invitations - $.50 per tab*

You are eligible for a discount on envelope addressing services if your list of addresses is provided to us in our desired format and you have 75 or more addresses on your list. The discount is 25% off the original order if you purchased your invitations/announcements from us. If you purchased them elsewhere but would still like us to do the addressing, you can receive a 15% discount on your original order.

*If we are printing "tabs" for envelopment invitations in lieu of Inside Envelopes, the discount does not apply to that part of your order since those names are often entered by us manually one by one.

A few things to keep in mind before submitting your order with us:

1. Be sure to provide us with extra envelopes. We do everything in our power to prevent errors or damaged envelopes, but unfortunately our printers sometimes have minds of their own. Inviting Ways asks that you provide at least 10% extra envelopes to allow for any mistakes. We do not require the extra envelopes, however it's imperative you understand that mistakes do occasionally happen.
   
   
2. We offer most color printing at no additional cost. Because all printers produce a slightly different variation on color, we cannot guarantee to match the ink color of your invitation/announcement (especially if raised printing or engraving was used for your invitation). We will do our best to match your desired color (if needed, we can supply samples).
   
   
3. Although it is rare, some very thick envelopes will not go through our printer or will cause a higher rate of error (smeared ink, dirty envelopes, etc.). For especially thick envelopes, we recommend you bring some samples in for us to examine and if need be, try out on one of our printers.
   
   
4. Please have your complete list ready at the time of print. We understand that your guest list may have some last minute additions/omissions, but small quantities of additional names and addresses creates a great deal of effort to get them back to you in a reasonable amount of time, as our printers are usually busy with new orders. A $10.00 fee may be added to continual additional lists.
