The rest of this page is the detail behind those six lines.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist commits you to nothing. No payment, no card. It holds one of the 20 founding spots and locks the $99 price if you decide to go ahead. If you change your mind, just tell us, or simply unsubscribe from our emails and we'll take the hint gracefully.
What you're buying
One flat price covers the whole thing: a website designed from your invitation, your photos and whatever else you share with us, your own custom domain, a full year of hosting, RSVP tracking where guests answer per person and per event with meal choices and dietary notes, a private dashboard with spreadsheet export, every page that matters (schedule, travel, registry, gallery, your story and a guest FAQ), two revision rounds and free content updates until your wedding day. No subscription, no ads on your site, no upsells.
Most couples pick a .com, but we can register almost any domain ending there is. If the name you want costs more than a typical .com, we'll show you the difference up front and you decide before anything is registered.
How the work goes
You send us your materials and sit with Michelle for the short Q&A. Once we have what we need, your preview arrives within 48 hours, often sooner. You then have two included revision rounds to get it right. When you approve the site, we register your domain and take it live. Nothing about your wedding appears anywhere public before your approval, and the 48-hour promise is to the preview, never to the live site.
Payment and refunds
Payment is due when your build begins, which is when you've sent your materials and we start the work. Until the moment you approve your site, you can walk away for a full refund, no reason needed. If we've collected a premium domain difference and haven't registered anything yet, that comes back too.
Once you approve and the site goes live, payment is final. From there, content updates stay free until your wedding day, and if you ever want a full design re-do after approval, that's a flat $49.
After the wedding, and after year one
Your included year of hosting runs from the day your site goes live. After that year, keep the site up for $29 a year or let it rest. The domain is yours either way and we transfer it to you free. Whenever you're done with the site, tell us and we'll take it down and delete the guest information, as promised in our privacy policy.
Your materials and permissions
You're responsible for having the right to use what you send us. Engagement photos usually belong to the photographer who took them, not the couple, and custom artwork or monograms belong to the artist who made them. Don't worry, this is easier than it sounds: we'll hand you a simple permission form that makes getting the OK painless. If something you sent turns out not to be cleared, we'll work with you to swap it out.
What's yours and what's ours
Everything you give us stays yours, always. The finished website is yours to use and enjoy for your wedding. The code, tools and design systems we use to build websites remain ours, so we can keep building for other couples. We never show your website or your photos in our own marketing without your written permission.
Your guests
Your guests trusted you with their names, their addresses and their dinner orders. We treat that information exactly as our privacy policy describes, and we ask you to treat it with the same care.
Playing fair
Our websites are for weddings and the celebrations around them. Nothing unlawful, hateful or harmful belongs on one, and we can decline or discontinue a project that isn't a fit, with a full refund if we do. You must be at least 18 to hire us.
The honest limits
We're a small family business and we do this work with care and skill, on reputable infrastructure, with extra attention around your wedding date. But the internet is the internet, and we can't promise a website will never hiccup. If something goes wrong that's genuinely our fault, our responsibility is capped at the amount you paid us. We can't be responsible for costs beyond that, like vendor fees, travel or the wedding itself.
If we ever disagree
Talk to us first. A person will read it and a person will answer, and nearly everything gets solved that way. If it truly can't be, these terms are governed by California law.
When these terms change
If we change these terms, we'll update this page with a new date at the top. If a change actually matters, we'll say so plainly instead of hoping nobody notices.
How to reach us
The easiest way is our contact page. A person reads every message and a person writes back, every time.
